Finding exactly the right property as a second home, a relocation or as an investment can be a nightmare - especially when you want to buy overseas! It can be time consuming and stressful.


It took my husband and I nine months to find our first Portuguese property in the Algarve, including a great lawyer, a creative architect and access to good and reliable builders. Now we can share that experience and knowledge by helping clients to do the same......


We will do the leg work for you. Just tell us what you are looking for and where. Be it modern or old, town or country, renovated or ruin, apartment or house, land or commercial we can find your dream home and negotiate the right price on your behalf. For up to three months we will view suitable properties that meet your specific needs and budget and then provide you with a shortlist of the best properties saving you both time and money.


If you decide to buy any of the properties we have introduced to you we will also introduce you to the appropriate recommended professionals.


As an independent property sourcing company we are not selling properties we are finding them.

We don't work for the seller - we only have one client and that is YOU! We have a network of estate agencies we trust across the East Algarve to show us the best properties on your behalf and we also find properties that are not with agents. Our only goal is to help you make the right decision based on your needs today and the future.

Our property sourcing service includes:


  • Initial needs analysis of your requirements (with knowledge input from ourselves if required)
  • Three months of activity to source, visit and select properties that meet your needs and are within budget
  • We provide information by email of selected properties for your feedback
  • We collect you from the airport or your hotel to view the shortlisted properties you have agreed to visit
  • Exterior and Interior visualisation ideas if required
  • We will negotiate the price on your behalf if required


Sourcing fee: €500 (for 12 weeks)

We have bought and renovated properties across Europe that other people didn't have the courage or imagination to buy. We are able to visualise how wrecks can be turned into beautiful homes.


  • There are many neglected homes on the market in the East Algarve which can be obtained for lower prices.
  • Building costs to renovate in the East Algarve are competitive at approximately €400 per sq.m.
  • New build is approximately €600 per sq.m.
  • These properties can represent a greater return on investment.
  • You can apply for pre-purchase planning permission before you decide to buy.


As part of our property sourcing service we can help you to visualise how to turn that wreck into a beautiful home without paying out for an architect.



If you purchase a property introduced to you by us we will introduce you to the appropriate professionals in order for you to complete the sale and any other professionals you require.


Purchase fees:

€2000 (for all properties up to €200,000)

1% of purchase price (for properties over €200,000)
